Barnett Concedes - Or Does He?
Much joy in many places (including, almost certainly, many Liberals - especially those in marginal seats) as Col says he has failed and 'run up the white flag' on his local government so-called reform - but he has stopped short of saying he will rescind the Governor's Orders affecting most Councils that he sneakily gazetted on Christmas Eve.
